About Me

Hi I'm Will. I grew up in country SE QLD and have a background in psychology and data science. My passion is to help people and teams achieve their goals by being in the ship with them, complementing their expertise with my unique skillset, and rolling up my sleeves to do whatever needs doing.

I've been particularly fortunate to hold leadership roles with some great teams and learn so much from them. My vision is to hone in on where humans and systems are each uniquely powerful, amplify them in their own ways, and create the systems that combine them to be powerful.

I love to travel with my wife, play with my labrador Romeo, and drink good wine in the company of friends.
